Description
The unique monitoring solution for corrosion, moisture, potential
The structural infrastructure must always meet requirements such as performance, stability and durability. These requirements will have a lasting effect on our mobility in the future. The corrosion risk and the corrosion activity of the reinforcing steel largely define these requirements and are determined by various impact and material parameters. Moisture and corrosion behavior are among the most important of these parameters in interaction with external environmental influences, cause invisible damage inside the concrete structure. The early detection of corrosion activities inside the concrete structure essentially determine the costs for its maintenance and repair.
CorroDec® sensors can be installed without great effort both before concreting and afterwards, with the help of a core hole drilling. Typical application areas are hydraulic structures, bridges, multi-storey car parks or shaft structures, etc.

About brand
Infrasolute AG is a Swiss-German group of companies focusing on IoT sensor solutions for predictive online maintenance and monitoring of buildings and infrastructure.
As a family-run company based in Zug (CH) and Boppard (DE), we combine expertise from the construction industry & real estate with expertise and innovation in IT, IoT and sensor technology.
Our products, such as the corrodec system, are the basis of our success and have already been tried and tested for many years and have proven themselves in a wide variety of infrastructure buildings.
We have made it our business to develop, integrate and internationally market innovative sensor products in order to create real added value for our customers and their buildings.
We are convinced that promoting and introducing innovative technologies in yesterday's structures (retrofitting) and tomorrow's structures will make our infrastructure safer, more efficient and more sustainable.
Through the timely detection and avoidance of damage & risks as well as unnecessary construction measures and the resulting consequences, such as congestion and restrictions on use and much more. We want to make our contribution to a more economical and, last but not least, ecologically safe use of buildings and resources.

The GEO-XM settlement system is a magnet extensometer system used typically to monitor settlement and heave in foundations, excavations and embankments.
Data received identifies the depth and position where settlement has occurred as well as the total amount of settlement.
It can also be installed behind retaining structures, such as sheet piles and slurry walls, and above underground openings, such as tunnels and shafts.
