MultiMux Multiplexer
In stock
Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) on all instrument channels
Low contact resistance relays provide compatibility with a wide range of instruments, including vibrating wire, resistance strain gage, thermocouples, linear potentiometers and 4-20mA, among others.
Two control inputs provide for activating the MultiMux and then advancing through the channels. Logic levels for either the enable or clocking input can utilize 5V to 12V logic input, with a maximum input of 16V. The control inputs are compatible with a wide variety of control modules including those manufactured by Campbell Scientific, Sutron and Datataker. Contact Canary Systems® for MCU support from other manufacturers.
MiniMux Multiplexer
In stock
The MiniMux is designed to expand the number of instruments that can be read by a compatible Automatic Data Acquisition System (ADAS). It supports two switching modes, 16 channel by 4-wire switching, or 32 channel by 2-wire switching. An easily accessible board mounted switch configures the switching mode.

MLRemote
In stock
The Canary Systems® MLRemote® is a low-power, point-to-multipoint, programmable wireless datalogging system designed for demanding environments. The system was purpose designed for the mining, geotechnical, structural and environmental markets where the monitoring assets consist of numerous types of instruments, distributed over a large area, and are difficult to access.
Use of proprietary communication “push” technology allows for ultra-long battery life, between 3-5 years for the standard alkaline batteries, up to 10-years when using Lithium cells. The unit can easily be placed in a variety of remote locations for long-term monitoring applications. With fewer components, MLRemote systems are less of a target on sites where theft is a concern compared to the larger, more visible, and expensive alternatives.
The high performance spread spectrum radio is available in 900MHz or 2.4GHz frequencies, and a range of up to 100km (60 miles) is possible with use of gain antennas and excellent topography. Range of up to 15km (9 miles) is easily achievable using the standard antenna and most topography.
MicroMux Multiplexer
In stock
The MicroMux is designed to expand the number of instruments that can be read by a compatible Automatic Data Acquisition System (ADAS). It supports two switching modes, 4 channel by 4-wire switching, or 8 channel by 2-wire switching. An internal switch configures the switching mode.

MLMux5 Multiplexer
In stock
The Canary Systems® MLMux5 multiplexer is designed to expand the number of instruments that can be read by a compatible Automatic Data Acquisition System (ADAS). It supports two switching modes, 5-channel by 4-wire switching, or 10-channel by 2-wire switching. A switch on the face of the module configures the switching mode.
The use of low contact resistance relays means almost universal instrument support, a high degree of lightning protection on the control lines, and virtually infinite channel isolation. The MLMux5 is compatible with a wide range of instruments, including vibrating wire, resistance strain gage, thermocouples, linear potentiometers, and 4-20 mA, among others.

MLTDR-W-50S
In stock
The MLTDR-W-50 is a datalogger designed to automate monitoring of up to 8 coaxial cables embedded in a slope or borehole for deformation monitoring. It contains a control module, TDR interface and, optionally, an 8 channel coaxial cable multiplexer.
It is equipped with an interface to read Vibrating Wire gages. These gages are typically used to monitor pore pressures along the length of the installed TDR cable. The datalogger provides connection for 2 Vibrating Wire gages, a Canary Systems® MicroMux or MiniMux multiplexer may also be installed to expand the measurement capability to 5 or 17 instruments. A 50AHr lead-acid battery provides power, and is recharged either through a 40W solar panel or an AC power connection.
Communications are possible via a wireless or wired network interface. For wireless networks, a high performance ultra wide band log periodic antenna is supplied, including a lightning surge protector. An SGX 5150 is used for the Wi-Fi network interface.
ML-DAQ
In stock
The Canary Systems® MLDAQ is a powerful, rugged and reliable wireless data acquisition station for general purpose use.
The MLDAQ supports measurements from a wide range of available sensors, including vibrating wire, load cells, micro-electro-mechanical (MEMs) sensors, flowmeters, linear potentiometers, thermocouples, thermistors, SDI-12 sensors, 4-20mA sensors, weather instruments such as wind sets, rain gages, temperature and humidity.
ML-GPS
In stock
The Canary Systems® MLGPS® integrates a multi-function GPS module into a turnkey power control, battery charging and communications platform, specifically designed for geotechnical and structural monitoring applications. It is available in two cost-effective variants: a portable version for quick deployments, and a fixed version for permanent deployments. All MLGPS units feature a NEMA rated enclosure including battery and solar panel.
MLGPS uses differential GPS to achieve its high precision. The precision GPS receiver is able to track GPS L1 and GLONASS L1 signals. An optional upgrade allows for additional constellations such as Galileo, BeiDou-3, QZSS, and IRNSS, as well as expansion up to 555 channels. Precisions range from 2.5 mm (0.1 in) to 25 mm (1 in).
