DoReMi downhole
SSBH sensor is a geophysical device designed to measure vibrations in boreholes for DownHole, UpHole and CrossHole
surveys. Made from stainless steel, it is robust and rugged, and can be equipped with 4.5, 8 or 10Hz geophone sensors.
It can be used with any exploration seismograph and, naturally, with all our seismographs, especially the DoReMitm system.

Description
The SSBH sensors is designed mainly to measure soil properties as per Vs30 calculation.
Downhole
Injecting energy from the surface you can measure the travel time of P waves and SH waves and then calculate the elasto-mechanic properties of soil.
Crosshole
Using a proper borehole source of mechanical pulses to be put at the same depth of receiver and/or measuring wit a variatey of depths for both direct measuremen of P wave speed and S wave speed can be accurately accomplished.
Some customization can be applied to the sensor for example connecting rods to use 2 sensors as a double body sensors to measure the differential time arrivals.

The Digital Array (DA) is a modular high-speed real-time network system composed of a number of mono-, bi- or triaxial
seismographs connected in a high speed bus. An interface connecting to a PC or a complete SL06 recorder equipped with a GPS provides accurate synchronization to the bus and data recording and processing feature. Up to 8 nodes can be connected on the same branch. Several branches can work as data source over the standard TCP/IP bus and SeedLink
protocol.

The digitiser SR24 or SR32 is a 3 channels digitizer with high performance designed to digitize the signal coming from a sensor, and give the data flow in continuous with different data rates. With the possibility to record signal with very low frequencies, and with his very low thermal drift, is an excellent instrument with a very good signal-to-noise and quality/price ratio. It is considered one of the best seismic digitiser in the world. It can achieve a dynamic range of 141.5dB at 100 SPS and over 145dB at 50 SPS using the 32 bit version.
