TPC-4000 series Total Earth Pressure cells are designed to measure total pressure (effective stress and pore water pressure) in soils and at the interface between structures and the wall of excavation.
Models 4010 and 4020 are designed to measure soil pressures on structures. They are fitted with an extra thick back plate on one side which is placed against the structure so as to avoid any warping of the cell. The other side has a thin plate welded to the back plate which provides sensitive measurement of soil pressures.

Thermistors provide accurate and reliable long-term temperature measurements and are used widely in the extremely harsh environments found within Geotechnical monitoring.
They are available in two types:
- Probe – A single point sensor mounted within a PVC or stainless steel housing which is attached to a cable length.
- String – A series of sensors mounted along a multi-core cable which provide a temperature profile and is manufactured to customer requirements in terms of the number and spacing of each sensor.

The VWLC 5000 series Vibrating Wire Anchor Load Cells consist of a cylinder of high strength steel with 3 to 6 vibrating wire strain sensors (depending on capacity) mounted parallel to the longitudinal axis arranged equidistant around the circumference which measure the compression of the cylinder under load.
They are manufactured with a Center hole to accommodate anchors, rock bolts and tendons.

The main components are a reservoir (single or multiple), liquid-filled tubing and a vibrating wire pressure transducer cell mounted on a plate or, for borehole application, attached to an anchor.
